Timm Slovakia faced challenges with inefficient workload distribution, a lack of a streamlined organizational structure, and unclear roles and responsibilities. They sought to identify annual savings through both quick wins and sustainable solutions in their processes and aimed to increase employee utilization and clearly define roles and responsibilities within the company.​

We conducted a workload analysis to map current tasks employees perform focusing on identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies and performed an analysis of ongoing project across the company. Based on these information we prepared recommendations regarding creation of PMO, structured reporting and setting of KPIs to support productivity.​
