Summary
Roche sought to accelerate innovation with a focus on value, but previous Agile pilots had left the teams resistant to change. Partnering with ableneo, we implemented a tailored Agile strategy that empowered self-organizing teams to drive innovation. Over 6 months, we coached 4 pilot teams, established key roles like Product Owner and Scrum Master, and delivered 4 MVPs. Our approach transformed Roche’s way of working, enabling rapid innovation and continuous improvement through Agile practices.

Roche was aiming to innovate faster with a focus on value. They were looking for an external partner capable of taking responsibility and changing their way of work.
Earlier Agile pilots proved suboptimal, making people resistant to change and Agile practices. This project aimed to dispel the concerns through tangible results and high levels of self-ogranization.
