With PourMyBev’s continued growth as the market leader in self-pour it was time to enhance their core platform to help streamline ongoing software upgrades & maintenance, improve support efficiency, speed up installations, and redesign the customer experience.
Solution
How we addressed it
PourMyBev decided to upgrade to a cloud-based solution that would enable centralized management of devices across all locations.
Partnering with ableneo, they embarked on building a new cloud infrastructure, back-end services, and a customer-facing application to streamline and optimize beverage pouring operations.
The project also involved integrating proprietary hardware devices with 3rd party integrations, which included handling complex interfaces.
Throughout the development process, the team employed an agile approach, allowing for the parallel operation of both the legacy local system and the new cloud application, delivering early features to customers while ensuring a smooth transition.
